Eligibility for Refunds

Dissatisfaction with the delivered product or service.

Technical issues that prevent proper use or delivery of the motion design project.

Failure to meet agreed project deadlines or milestones.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written request within 14 days from the delivery date or from when the issue occurred. Send your request via email to refunds@design-hive.shop with the subject line: “Refund Request “.
Be sure to include a detailed explanation and any documentation supporting your case.

Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we will carefully review the information provided. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refund Denials

Please note that we reserve the right to decline refund requests if:

The request is submitted after the specified deadline.

The issue is beyond our control.

Insufficient evidence is provided to support the refund claim.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on the level of dissatisfaction or severity of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel a project before completion, a refund will be issued based on the work completed minus any applicable fees.
